The BuxMont Torch is a ministry that was established during the summer of 2009 which utilizes sport as a means to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple and train sports ministers. We are located in Upper Bucks-Montgomery-Lehigh Counties, PA. To use the platform of sport in a way that reflects the calling of God to be holy, the mission of Jesus to save the lost, and the filling of the Holy Spirit to accomplish God's will.
We are committed to using the platform of competitive sports to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are committed to discipling the players and training them in sports ministry philosophy and methodology. We are committed to living incarnationally in the sports environment. We are committed to "letting our light shine" through community service.

We want to both thank her for the time and energy she devoted to serving with Torch Sports Ministry and congratulate her and her husband, Jason, on the birth of their first child. We are excited to announce that he has accepted our invitation to become the 7th coach for the women's program. Jason played his college soccer for a very successful program at Wheaton College and played 2 years for Torch FC men's teams which is how he met his wife.

Led by our premier players, Torch FC will be helping to run several camps throughout the area this summer. These camps are being run in partnership with local churches, ministries or local soccer organizations. TORCH camps promote good sportsmanship by teaching Biblical principles. Generally, the camps are run from 9am-12pm and each morning includes: Soccer drills, position specific instruction and competition (Monday check-in begins at 8:30am).

To support the ongoing mission of Torch Sports Ministry, you may donate either by mail or online. In either case you will be sent a tax-deductible receipt for your records. The IRS requires that you know that gifts are solicited with the understanding that Torch Sports Ministry has complete control over the use of all the donated funds.
