Pilates Sessions
Our Pilates sessions focus on spinal alignment and core strength using traditional equipment. Clients improve posture, reduce pain, and enhance daily movement efficiency. Sessions adapt to individual fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, emphasizing mind-body connection through controlled exercises.
Private Classes
Private classes offer personalized workout plans based on health history and goals. Instructors modify exercises for injuries, chronic conditions, or performance enhancement. This tailored approach ensures optimal form and progression while addressing specific mobility or strength needs in a focused environment.
Neurological Programs
Specialized programs target neurological conditions like Parkinsons and MS. Training incorporates balance drills, muscle re-education, and mobility exercises to improve functional movement. Certified instructors adapt techniques to manage symptoms and maintain independence for clients with complex neurological challenges.
Injury Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation sessions focus on restoring mobility after injuries or surgeries. Using low-impact Pilates principles, we rebuild strength around affected areas while preventing compensatory movement patterns. Programs address back pain, joint issues, and post-surgical recovery through gradual, therapist-guided progression.
Duo/Trio Training
Duo and trio sessions combine personalized instruction with group motivation. Participants receive individualized attention while sharing foundational exercises. This format builds community support while maintaining customized modifications for varying fitness levels and physical limitations within the small group setting.

I can not begin to describe the level of care and concern displayed by Cindy and her staff towards me starting from day one. Cindy researched avenues of treatment appropriate for someone with Parkinson's disease, combined with the complications of seven back surgeries , to develop an exercise program that has changed my life. From improving my posture, to allowing me to enjoy golf again, I owe so much to both Cindy and Pilates that I will never be able to thank her enough, and as a bonus I have a new friend !

Cindy is an exceptional Pilates instructor. I have taught dance for 37 years and I recognize a great teacher I see one. Cindy continually challenges me. She consistently gives me a great workout. Even on my worst day, I leave pilates feeling better. Cindy genuinely cares about her clients and their health, and I know she cares about me!

I have take classes with Pure Pilates owner, Cindy Mashe since 2005. The studio though casual enough to be welcoming is clearly run by a well educated staff of fitness professionals. The variety in my workouts is testament to Cindy's commitment to continuing education and innovation. She and her staff tailor each workout to the individual needs and health issues of each client. The studio is pleasant and immaculately clean with topnotch equipment. Pure Pilates is a highlight in my week and I highly recommend it.
