I highly recommend you find someone else if your looking for someone you can TRUST, as their website says. I have had an account with Alan for years with my Freight Business. I moved to Florida and started up a new property management business and asked him to set up my email for me and another associated. Simple enough you would think??? FAR FROM IT!! Between him and David they were on our computers all week with zero success!! I had to email contracts to new customers to sign, sign forms from the bank, all from my new company email. Who dumps their customer with no notice and a lame excuse? These guys do! Isn't the customer always right? We were treated with zero respect and due to my busy schedule thrown away like we do not matter. We had a simple request to set up a new email account, you would think for an IT company that would be a breeze. Again, not for these guys, it took over a week! Then the owner decides to dump us due to my busy schedule. Pathetic work ethic to say the least, I am surprised they are even in business! Stay clear!

If there is a needed repair, a real person will pick up the phone and fix your issue in hours, not days. They understand how important your IT systems are to operating your business. I tell every business owner I meet that if they want to focus on their clients rather than their IT issues then they need to call Premier IT. They will be glad they did.

Brad installed our security cameras at our office. I ordered the security system/cameras from Amazon & the amount of wires were overwhelming for me. Brad stopped in, gave us a very reasonable quote for the install of 8 cameras (inside & outside). He completed the work in a day. Brad was professional, patient and effective through the process. We will be using them in the future for anything IT!
