Great visit today! I've been in SF for almost two years and because of the pandemic I hadn't really established a good check up routine with a general dentist. I had been to one dentist before in SF and they tried to push hundreds of dollars of services on me right away on the first visit. It really just left me feeling like they were trying to make a buck and my care came second. At Azure there are online intake forms and online scheduling which made it super convenient. The clinic itself is very clean and atheistically pleasing. Dr Loul saw me today and was very kind and professional

The staff and Dr. Elena Meyliker are extremely kind and honorable people to work with. They have given me appointments on numerous occasions when situations arise acutely and have virtually no wait times upon arrival. They are honest and very informative when advising on whether they feel a procedure is necessary or not. I highly recommend this dental office!

Extremely unprofessional front desk. We came in as new patients to the area and was greeted with the front desk person being late. To preface this, my fiance has a very real severe fear of the dentist and needs sedation dentistry which is why we chose this dentist to begin with. She hurriedly had us sign forms and then proceeded to say they don't offer sedation dentistry. I explained it is on your website, which she told me it wasn't. So, I said, I can pull it up. Then she found it and proceeded to tell me that they only offer nitrous, and attempted to explain what sedation

Dr. Meyliker is a skilled professional; efficient, knowledgable, and careful. She spotted a grinding issue that my previous dentists had missed and worked to remedy the issue quickly -- rendering my jaw pain and stiffness gone. I've had multiple fillings replaced and one crown installed without issue. Dr. Meyliker and her team work hard to get it right the first time. I recommend them without hesitation.

Full disclosure: I'm leaving this review over a year later as I'm still thinking about how this appointment went. My appointment was in April 2019 Thankfully, I now have a relationship with a dentist. I am sure Dr. Elena Meyliker is a skilled professional, she just wasn't the match for my situation and I would like to share my honest experience with her office.

Dr. Meyliker's office was sleek, professional, and clean. I'm sure her dentistry skills are outstanding for the average person. I had two appointments at this office; first an exam, then 3 fillings were attempted

Dr. Meyliker really helped me out of a jam. My cracked molar needed a crown; my original dentist pushed for a root canal too but Dr. Meyliker suggested that it may not be necessary. I waited out the discomfort, and sure enough the tooth healed - no root canal necessary
It was refreshing to have options and be fully educated about what is possible. Doing due diligence, she also referred a good endodontist one case I wanted to go ahead with the root canal. After 15 years with a former dental practise , I am relieved and thankful to switch to Azure Dental. Her personal and considerate attention

I'm so glad I found azure dental! I had to switch insurance and went with them because they are close to my house, but every time I've gone by they are always super pleasant, professional and really make cleanings and close to enjoyable as possible. Thanks everyone!

Was referred to Azure Dental by a friend. The staff was friendly and efficient. After a quick review of my issues with the assistant I promptly saw the Doctor. She was thoughtful in her approach and made sure to answer all of my questions. This was a great experience, and I am glad to have this team taking care of me.

I don't really like going to the dentist but with azure dental staff and especially my dentist Elena Meyliker I feel safe that they will take care of me properly. Elena always explains everything and what she's doing. Very professional also very clean place.

Here's what happened: I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Meyliker and got a confirmed appointment for the following day. I showed up, and was instead seen by Tin Tran, who I did not schedule my appointment with. Tran identified that I needed several new fillings (after the dentist I'd seen 8 months before mentioned she hadn't seen any need for fillings). Placing my trust in a medical professional (my mistake) I went through with the fillings.

After hearing of another bad experience from Tran, I decided to get a follow up with a different dentist. Getting the X-rays was unlike

The worst. The dentist was so rude to her hygienist in front of me I felt so bad. I am now switching dentists and they will not respond to phone calls or requests for records. Very very unprofessional

Update: after finally getting them on the phone after a week of trying, they needed a new HIPAA form and won't send the records for a week. There has never been such bad customer service

Not going back. Initially, I was thrown off by the terrible customer service from the front desk ladies, specifically the younger one. Her attitude is terrible and she clearly hates her job at the front desk.

The second reason is: I found out when I went to my insurance website that my second insurance plan actually covered more than we anticipated. They tell me that they sent an email about a refund, but I cannot find it. EVEN IF they sent an email, you should make more of an effort to return an individual's well earned money (hundreds). A beautiful office filled with friendly people. Dr. Meyliker is very kind and skilled. When she is completing a dental procedure, she goes at a pace that works for me and checks in with me frequently while working. Her work is excellent and thorough and her "chairside" manner is warm and relaxing. Best dentist I've ever been to!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Meyliker for 4 (almost 5) years. Although I now live in Oakland, I have still stayed a loyal patient because she is such a great dentist, which are hard to find. She’s caring and compassionate about her patients’ dental health. She’s also very accommodating for emergency treatments! Her staff are amazing and prompt to respond too. I highly recommend her! With Dr. Meyliker, I don’t feel as if I have to second guess her opinion or treatment plan like I have done with previous dentists.

To start, I was yelled at in the parking lot by the parking service monitor for not understanding his instructions. The parking was $15 just for an hour. Then, the front desk receptionist was cold and unfriendly. She didn't greet me kindly, didn't smile, and didn't ask me how I was when I was in tears from the parking monitor. The nurse was the only redeeming quality, but she didn't introduce herself so I couldn't shout her out. But the dentist I usually see wasn't even there, which was really disappointing. Have had a great experience here so far. Everything is easy and efficient. They have always taken the time to answer all of my questions. Despite having many great cosmetic options, I have never been pressured to purchase anything I was not interested in, unlike other dental offices in the city. The office even has late hours some days so that I'm able to go after work. Happy to call them my dental office.

I've been to Allure Dental twice, once for a general checkup and again for a filling. I can't recommend this practice enough.
The office is by far the nicest doctor's office I've ever seen. It's spotless both in the waiting room and in the examination area. Each examination chair has a screen attached so you can immediately view images of your teeth and go over the results with the doctor.
I also really appreciate that the office runs on time. Both of my appointments have started on time.
