When considering Norman's Bistro Catering, remember event design, menu preparation and presentation, venue options, cleanup and all of the extra services that you will need. If you desire, Norman's Elite Catering will provide for and coordinate floral, music and entertainment, photography, collateral design and printing, audiovisual equipment, bar service, and valet parking.
Catering Terms

CLIENT will be charged the applicable current rate for all services rendered as determined by the City of Chicago and/or State of Illinois. Food, beverage and add-on items charges based on guest count will be based on the Client's final guarantee. Final guest counts are due no later than one week before the date of the event.
Employment

This position is a part-time / freelance position. Event Chefs are responsible for the execution of menus at off-premise catered events. The Event Chef will act as the brand ambassador for Norman's Elite Catering Events and will present the food in a way that reflects our standards for excellence. Prior to leaving for the event, Event Chefs will report to the commissary kitchen to manage the pack out of items related to their event.
