Our company derives from the visionary work of our Owners' grandfather, Scott William Bonds, who began building and managing properties in El Cerrito, Albany, and the Berkeley Hills back in the 1930s. Scott is credited as one of the pioneers of the "garden style apartments, " built around a central swimming pool.
