Born and raised in Berkeley, Jenna possesses a wide range of knowledge about the cities and neighborhoods that comprise the East Bay. After graduating from San Francisco State University, Jenna pursued a career in real estate with an emphasis on property management. It was a natural step to take after working with her family in all aspects of their real estate business.

Credit checks, income and employment verification, rental history and references along with a personal interview will be performed for each potential tenant. BCPM will collect and process all rent payments. We suggest and handle rent increases when appropriate, as well as handle all rent control issues and city landlord requirements.
