I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. My stylist was finishing up with another client when I arrived. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. No one acknowledged that I was waiting, let me know how much longer it would be, and my stylist did not apologize for running so behind. I let them know what I wanted and we got started on color. The color took FOREVER. As I was sitting under the dryer it was waaayyyy too hot, the foils started to burn my head and the color melted down my face Finally on to the cut. I am very disappointed. I asked for something completely different from what I got plus I don't feel like it was important to my stylist that I left happy. The color is uneven, I asked for a dark balayage with caramel and the middle section of my hair is all a big patch of blonde. I am going elsewhere this weekend to fix it, so I am spending twice the money. I also sat there for a good 30 minutes extra while my stylist did a consult that was supposed to take 10 minutes. There is also a very uneven layer that looks like i did it myself at home and it's right in the front of framing my

Brodie is an amazing detailed colorist. He is just a delight and knows exactly how to take care of his clients. I'm so happy I tried the parlour and that I got Brodie! Give them a try you won't be disappointed but HOOKED!

Sara is the best! The entire crew is super talented and friendly . I have been to a few other Parlour locations, this is my favorite!
