I normally am stressed out while buying a new car. Even if I think I got a great deal I feel like I got fleeced. Grand Prize is the exception. I have zero buyers remorse. I Love my car and I will continue to do business with them in the future. This is the 4th purchase we made and we couldnt be happier. Grand Prize Cadillac failed to meet my needs as a Cadillac leasee and customer of the service department. I called and left a message for the manager, Bill Faragan, to discuss my dissatisfaction with my experience with the service department about the lack of loaner vehicles available after I had an engine problem that was under warranty. I had to rent a vehicle when it took the department three different visits to fix my vehicle. No one in the service department attempted to direct or assist me to rent a vehicle and I had to carry the expense myself. After contacting GM headquarters, I was informed
