I was early for appointment but was seen right away. I was told that vehicle would be ready at a specific time and it was actually ready as promised. The service personnel was very polite and knowledgeable which is important to me. I was very pleased and planning on having all my future service needs taken care at Rockland Nissan

Overall the sales process was very easygoing and painless. Jean, my sales representative, was extremely helpful and accommodating, which was refreshing in comparison to other dealerships Ive been to. Everyone involved in the process was extremely personable and thorough. They answered my questions before I could even think of them. While finalizing everything, Omar and Bader were more of the same. They demonstrated outstanding service and made me feel like an appreciated customer. I look forward to working with them down the road.

Customer service was amazing. Kenny was the best! He really works with you in getting what you want! He is a very nice and genuine salesman. Everyone I dealt with provided me with excellent customer service. The dealership itself has a pleasant atmosphere. I had been to another dealer and left as it was unpleasant and they were very aggressive. The Rockland Nissan dealership was the exact opposite! It was a pleasure and a very smooth experience dealing with everyone there!

We got there 10 minutes before closing on the last day of month before incentive ended. We were treated excellent and got the price we wanted. Little haggling and we added extra warranty on lease. Super happy with staff but especially like to thank Kenny Blair our salesman who made process simple. Made us comfortable which I appreciate. Kudos and thank you Kenny.
