Services
Infrared Patching
Infrared patching uses advanced heating technology to seamlessly repair damaged asphalt surfaces. This method ensures long-lasting durability by bonding new and existing asphalt without cold joints. Ideal for potholes and localized damage, it provides a cost-effective solution that extends pavement lifespan while maintaining aesthetic consistency.
Asphalt Overlays
Asphalt overlays involve applying a new layer of asphalt over existing surfaces to restore functionality and appearance. This service addresses extensive wear, cracks, and surface irregularities. By reinforcing structural integrity, overlays enhance safety and prolong pavement life, making them ideal for high-traffic commercial and residential areas across Colorado.
Seal Coating
Seal coating applies a protective layer to asphalt surfaces, shielding them from UV rays, water damage, and chemical corrosion. This preventive maintenance service extends pavement longevity while improving visual appeal with a uniform black finish. Regular seal coating reduces long-term repair costs and maintains property value for commercial clients.
Crack Seal
Crack sealing involves filling pavement cracks with specialized hot pour materials to prevent water infiltration and further deterioration. This targeted service stops minor damage from escalating into costly repairs. By addressing cracks early, property owners maintain surface integrity and avoid premature pavement replacement in Colorado's variable climate.
Concrete Striping
Concrete striping provides clear, durable markings for parking lots, roadways, and pedestrian areas. Using high-visibility materials, we ensure compliance with safety regulations while enhancing traffic flow and accessibility. This service maintains professional aesthetics and functional organization for commercial properties across the Front Range.

Report
Blocked off an entire lane with a worker just running right up to cars and stopping them not guiding them around their truck, mind you. Just flat out not allowing cars to go past. The street (Vickers west of Academy) does not go throughso there is literally no other way to get to the apartments, businesses, and homes. People were forced to park at the corner gas station and just wait them out. Unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

Today 9-22-17 around 12:30pm on 1st street in Berthoud performing that chip seal job with A-1 chip seal was the grand showing lack of safety. No traffic control, no flaggers, but instead saving some cash with two guys in trucks waving traffic by without being able to see the oncoming traffic. That was awesome, pulling into the oncoming lane to see cars and trucks speeding towards me. Maybe it should be one star but at least they had the blinking orange diamonds.
