RECON highly recommends an engineer and/or architect for all structural repairs. RECON will collaborate with your team during the Preconstruction phase; so the engineer and/or architect can deliver designs that have been agreed to in advance.

Belvedere had extensive siding repairs that were needed throughout the community. Rather than doing a full siding removal and replacement, RECON Construction went building by building, replacing the bad siding (some buildings worse than others).
