Nicole has helped hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2000 with a few years before that as an Athletic Trainer. Functional strength plays a key role in her program design as she challenges you to push the limits of your comfort zone. Nicole will help you become the healthier and better person you are capable of being.

She has worked with clients to improve race and sport-specific performances, recover from injuries, and improve their ability to enjoy their daily lives. As a six- time Boston Marathon qualifier and Half-Ironman World Championship qualifier, Nicole has shown the grit and determination to push herself to achieve her goals, and she looks forward to helping you push yourself to new levels.
