If you want a thorough, well-documented home inspection, David is your guy. I had David do my 4-way and final inspection on a new build. I expected to need to go in during my walk-through afterwards and test all the outlets, sinks, appliances, etc however he did a VERY thorough job and I was able to concentrate on cosmetic items. I still checked a couple items as a verification but I was impressed by how well he did my inspection. Even the builder commented on how much more thorough of an inspection he did rather than other inspectors they see! I will definitely continue to use David on future purchases and recommend him to others.
