Inspect-more
We are certified in virtually every type of residential home inspection. Whether you are a buyer, seller, real estate agent or property manager, you can count on us for all of your building inspection needs. When it comes to home inspectors, Joe Moore is my go-to. Not only is he by-the-book in his approach to inspections, he has always been on time to appointments.

There are many good inspectors out there, but Joe stands out by taking pride in what he does. Every single one of my clients has been pleased with him and enjoy the fact that he actually takes the time to educate them throughout the process. I seldom give out five stars, but I have nothing negative to say about Joe.

Wall-mounted Electric Switches Are Within Reach Of Shower Stalls
Report
One or more wall-mounted electric switches are within reach of shower stalls at this Suwanee home inspection. This is a safety hazard due to the risk of shock. At a minimum, the client(s) should be aware of the shock hazard this represents and never operate such switches while showering.

Ideally, a qualified electrician should evaluate and move switches as necessary, or a qualified contractor should make modifications as necessary so wall switches are unreachable from shower stalls.

We will describe in detail for you the visible condition of the property at the time of the inspection. An email notification with your home inspection report (via a PDF file) will be directed to you the same day your inspection is performed.
