Mark is our numbers guy and the resident people person. With his background in management and an MBA, he's always making sure that Kodiak clients get the best bang for their buck and a high ROI. His calm, matter-of-fact attitude and attention to detail make him a great property manager. Mark lives in Layton with his wife and three children.

We find quality tenants as quickly as possible. We generally target to only have 3 days of vacancy between tenants. Your home will not be vacant more than 30 days - if it is we'll waive the next month's management fee. If you're not happy with our services, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.
