For over 39 years, Steve K. O'Dell, President of Secure Property Management, has been providing property management services and residential & commercial real estate services for thousands of Utah properties. Steve has been married to his wife, Celia, for the past 35 years and they are blessed with four daughters and 6 grandchildren at this time and live in Utah.

We make a thorough inspection of the property inside & outside during move-ins, midterm and move-outs and lease renewals. We check the furnace filters, plumbing, smoke detectors, and take pictures and keep these on file and send them to the owners at the owners request. If rents are not collected by the 6th of the month, we begin the process necessary to collect rents or evict.
