I called to get an appointment to see my doctor and discuss/ get a referral for the monoclonal antibody treatment after getting a positive PCR test. Since I have not been there in two years they said I needed an in-person appointment.
However, they would not give me an in person appointment because of my diagnosis and therefore NO REFERRAL.
Zoom? Not an option. I can't seem to think of a viable reason why a zoom appointment was forbidden. Zoom has kept the world running and it's the perfect alternative for someone wanting to see a doctor when they have covid. The woman on the phone mentioned

Moved to the area recently and was feeling ill. I was able to get a same day appointment. The scheduler was very accommodating. Waiting room was clean and the doctor was prompt and knowledgeable. Will definitely be bringing my family here.

I never leave reviews but I had an awful experience. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist would NOT let me make one because Im an essential worker and she said I have to quarantine 14 days before coming in (even though I just checked and last Friday the CDC dropped the quarantine recommendations a lot of places). I literally can NOT quarantine for 14 days because I NEED to work and cant take off 14 days in order to be allowed to come in for a healthcare appointment. She proceeded to mean laugh at me before saying we have pregnant women here you cant come in in
