Extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and a terrible experience. Please do yourself the favor and do not rent, buy, or sell with this group. We dealt with 2 different property managers and both were unresponsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. Jordan Steady, the first one we worked with, pushed us to sign a lease with a start date earlier than we needed. I offered to delay the date because we didn't need to move in ASAP & there were ongoing renovations in the unit. She promised the reno would be completed and the lease began on Aug 5th 2020. Renovation and cleaning of the unit was not
