Seriously, I have no regrets. My best part of this apartment is concierge. Unfortunately, I had a knee injury and was hopping my way to my apartment after being discharged from the hospital - Nia Richardson kindly escorted me to my door to ensure I was safe. Lance had all my Doordash orders sent directly to my room and for the one order where the dasher was pregnant, he delivered himself. Clayton assisted me by delivering a package to my door since I was in quarantine - the staff has beenso supportive that there is no way I would invade their area with COVID germs. No matter the life situation

Let me first say the building is absolutely beautiful, the staff is even better! Kristy was very knowledgeable and professional. The concierge staff (Lance and Mr. Anthony) are so attentive, personable and easy to work with. The maintenance team is great and work orders are completed promptly. The cleaners in the building keep the building spotless (alway see them in the common areas, very friendly).

City High-rise living, with great views and top notch lux amenities! But feels "homey" at the same time. And it's a plus the walls are NOT thin, you don't hear your neighbors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! FIVE

Amanda in the leasing office was fantastic! She squeezed me in a tour when I was an hour early for my appointment. She was super attentive to everything I wanted in an apartment and was able to answer all of our questions. Definitely recommend giving 550 a look as this is one of the best apartment communities in Charlotte.

Communication was great until it wasn't, which just so happened to be at the same time that things stopped making any sense. Amanda is excellent at her job and gave me a great experience. I had a lot more to say but the other reviews have things under control. I hope to see things improve.

Lived at Uptown 550 for the best 2 years and I could not be happier. Ally and Amanda have been so amazing in answering questions. The resident events are so fun!!!!! The amenities and apartment is so worth the price.

5 stars for an excellent experience with Lauren. Lauren went above and beyond before, during, and after our virtual tour. The difference in the experience we had with Uptown 550 vs. other buildings in the area was night and day. Lauren reached out ahead of time to understand our needs and continued to check in regarding any questions we had as we were making our decision. I highly suggest touring at Uptown 550 as the building/apartments are gorgeous and the building understands that luxury is a level of service, not just a price point.
