They have pledged to continue making the same wines many have come to enjoy and love, with the same dedication and quality that our loyal customers have come to expect.
On the shores surrounding Lake Erie, we are blessed with exceptional grapes. While Sparkling Ponds continues to produce its original favorite wines, we will also be expanding our partnerships with our neighboring grape farmers to increase our varieties. What is the difference between Ice Wine and Frappe Vino, also known as, frozen "Wine Slushie"?. Ice Wine gets its name from the grapes that are left on the vine until the temperature drops down to 17 degrees Fahrenheit. These grapes are then hand-picked right from the vine and go directly to the press.

Our winery has a private event room that is ideal for showers, birthdays or anniversaries. Please call 716.736.4525 for details. The Sparkling Ponds Cottages will soon be available for rent. We will announce completion of our renovations on our Facebook page, so be sure to follow us! Upon completion, our cottages will be available to book through Air BnB.
