What was your biggest fear before hiring me (Austin)? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead? We weren't sure that our house would sell. It only took 9 days to get an offer. The house was EVERYWHERE on the Internet! How do you feel about the process of buying/selling your house? The buyers had some financing issues which delayed things a bit but they really worked with us so that we didn't have to move twice.
