Royal Seafood Baza, a wholesale food import and export company, was founded as a family business in New York by Sam and Eduard Shnayder. NetCost Market was founded as a supermarket specializing in providing newly immigrated communities with a taste of home. The first two locations that opened that year were located on East 16th Street and 64th Street in Brooklyn.
