Nino's Pizzeria

Like the cold winds of a nor’easter, I blew into this pizza shop. Only to be met by a charming man who happily explained his displayed pizza wares. The lunch special, which I was gleefully informed was available all day, beckoned me. Nothing better than a piping hot slice washed down with an ice cold can of Coca Cola classic. The ambiance reminded me of the finest bodega pizza shops in much larger cities. The slices, we’re deceptively hot, with the cheese appearing placid, but a layer of molten sauce awaited underneath. This is some awesome pizza! We've ordered several times in the past, but it had been a while. We were reminded of why we need to get Nino's more often! Great pizza, delivered a bit ahead of schedule, and nice and hot--not an easy thing on a cold January day. The delivery guy was super friendly, too. Highly recommend!

Picked up a pizza here one Saturday afternoon, it was my first order with Nino's, and walking up to the door it smells good!
Go in and they have lunch specials, two slices and a pop for $6 that is a bargain, they aren't small Kwik Trip slices!
I got a pie to go, got it to my parents home and it was very good!
Too bad they are 30 miles from my home, they would be my #1

I ordered the Nino's - 16", and it was EXCELLENT. Super quality toppings and the crust is one of the best I've had. Friendly staff, pizza was HOT, so yeah, 5-stars!

Ordered Nino’s for the first time and it was delicious! Although the order got pushed back later than originally estimated, it was ready right when I went to pick it up and was steaming hot. Both pizzas we got were delicious and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Told my husband I already can’t wait to order again. :)

Had the 5.99 special and the kids loved it! New to Minnesota and I think we found out new pizza place! Todo fresco, pizza buen rica y barto.

Heard great things about Nino’s was excited to try it. We weren’t impressed. Especially since order came to $70 for two large pizzas (ordered a cheese and added pineapple and Canadian bacon with half banan peppers and they gave us 50/50, wanted the whole thing CA bacon and pineapple with half of it peppers which we indicated; and a sumpreme pizza- cheese, sausage, green and black olives, onion, green pepper and pizza fries. The crust was chewy almost rubbery-like, and over baked- wasn’t burnt but had that flavor almost, hardly any sauce on the pizzas as well. Wouldn’t order from again,

Not the ninos I'm used to. I have picky eaters and the minute they saw burnt pizza they weren't having it! The crust was tough and hard to bite through. Very disappointing because we love ninos.

Super tasty pizza. We got slices, two for six bucks with a pop. Sounds like they have slices all day. Very good. Crispy, New York style. Not greasy, pretty thin. The sort of pizza that doesn't make you feel like death after eating it. People who live around here are lucky.

We decided to starting try all the pizza place near our home! We had never tried Nino's Pizza before. We were so happy we ordered from them. The pizzas are huge and a great deal. I loved the crust. Each pizza had plenty of cheese for our cheese loving family. We will definitely be ordering from Nino's in the future!!!

This spot has the best pizza by the slice. I love how they reheat it in the oven to give it that extra crunch. That crunch along with the combination of flavors available all for $5. A can if soda is even included. Best value I've ever found and I've been to quite a few pizza spots.

Hands down, one of the best pizza restaurants in all of Minnesota. It is always consistently good and I usually come once every 2 weeks when I'm craving pizza.

There's a reason this place has good reviews - the food is delicious! We got a bunch of pizzas and tried a few pastas and it was all good. Definitely recommend!

They do a great job.. the owner works in the afternoon and he is super nice and helpful on suggestions. Delish NY style.

Awesome pizza; we especially loved the crust. Love supporting locally owned restaurants during quarantine. Ordering online was easy and delivery was fast. We will definitely order again!

I really enjoy at small pizza places, because they usually have the freshest ingredients on their pizza, and they also make the dough fresh from scratch, most of the time. Stopped by here recently, for take out and was not disappointed. Not only did I get to slices for $5, but the pizza really filled me up. I not only enjoyed talking to the owner, but also liked how the pepperoni, just seemed to melt into the pizza. Will definitely be back to try another of their flavors.

Coming home from the movies in Oakdale, I wanted to pick up a different pizza and Yelp directed me here. I got a medium, which is larger than standard mediums. Pepperoni was in every bite, good sauce. It took 10 minutes to wait and it was still warm when I got home to St. Paul.

So so good! I moved to MN a year ago and have found my new neighborhood pizza spot. Their crust never gets soggy and they have quality ingredients.

This was decent but not great enough to make me want to go back. Better than your average chain pizza places. On the expensive side for the quality. The gentleman that runs/owns the place is nice enough.

Having spent 17 years in Brooklyn, NY, I need a regular dose of NY-style pizza. If pizza is my drug, Fabio is my dealer, and the deals go down at Nino's. You will find no better NY-style pizza in Minnesota. This is the real deal folks! The crust is thin, crispy, has flour on the bottom, and... most importantly... is foldable. The flavor of the sauce is perfect. I would say Nino's is a hidden gem, since it is tucked away in a small strip mall in Maplewood. They even serve pizza by

They made the pizza wrong... Which does happen; however, when I told them about it I got a pause then a "Oh, did you want me to remake it?"
They did remake it for me and appoligized for having to remake the pizza. The problem was when I was waiting for the pizza to be remade and saw the beyond dusty fan that was on and blowing over their work station. (See pictures) Please clean up.... Once I see that I will update review....
