We loved living at Sunset Point. The office staff were so willing to work with us and were very accommodating. Maintenance worked constantly. They kept the grounds cleaned and well maintained. The residents were friendly. We always felt safe at Sunset Point.

I came for a scheduled tour and was sent to the model apartment alone. No one would go with to show me through. I wondered the complex and got lost lady came after me and instead of going with me to show me she just said wrong way and pointed the other direction. Then, they had issues with the model apartment getting unlocked. The lady tried to talk through the camera and was irritated when I couldnt get the door open. Glad I didnt proceed with this complex. NOT a good first impression.

Very nice and quiet for the most part. Maintenance is always on top of things. If you need something fixed they are there within 24hrs and they keep the outside very well maintained. I definitely would recommend anyone on living here!

Was interested in these apartments and I am relocating from Illlinois. Was told I didnt qualify to rent from them because I did not have a CURRENT job which i was at for 6 months when the only reason I dont have a job CURRENTLY is because like I said I am relocating in a few weeks and I start my new job when I get there. I have a offer letter and everything but I guess thats not enough for them. Not to mention I literally left my job of 7 years last month only because I am RELOCATING. Lol interesting. So if you are relocating and waiting to start a job this isnt the place for you! Yolanda was nice

I've been living here for 5 months and so far I love it! It's in a great area with lots of shopping centers near by and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. The people living here are pretty friendly, always enough parking and very spacious apartments. Yolanda helped me through the renting process and was very patient and kind! Also I've had very few issues here but when I do, maintenance is here within a few hours
