Terrible management, since Peak Living bought this place this condo is going down the drain, the grass isn't cut like in the past, the grass is always high, there is ants, roaches, some snakes, the pool has never been fix or open for years, the kiddos park is broken and nothing has been done to get it fix, neighbors driving fast around children, property management keeps changing every month, maintainence order are a joke, cameras on site doesn't even work.
Outdoor and garage lights on some of the buildings are out and the parking spaces are very dark at night. I hope things get better before

I've been to different apartments but the Staff at Prairie Estate were extremely good. They will attend to you professionally with respect and get things done in jiffy. I can recommend this place to anyone.

This apartment are nice but the lady Zee who works in they office,is very in unprofessional,with the problem going with water in residence's home,i think the management should change her and put someone who deserves that office and will know how ro talk to people,

Without missing words, very peaceful, neat, orderlly, The workers at the leasing office are awesome most especially Zee. Good Schools rounded this property. Honestly its heaven on earth compared to where we were living before. Pls keep it up.
