Interventional Treatments
Our interventional pain management specialists use minimally invasive procedures to target specific pain sources. These treatments include epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and neurolysis techniques that can provide rapid relief for chronic pain conditions. Patients benefit from in-office procedures performed with precision imaging guidance to ensure accurate medication delivery.
Medication Management
We develop customized medication protocols that complement other treatment modalities while maintaining strict safety standards. Our controlled substance program includes mandatory patient contracts, regular drug screening, and comprehensive medication reviews to ensure responsible prescribing practices that prioritize patient well-being and regulatory compliance.
Surgical Procedures
Our surgical pain management options incorporate cutting-edge technology for long-term pain relief. Procedures like spinal cord stimulator implantation and vertebroplasty offer durable solutions for complex pain conditions. These interventions are performed using state-of-the-art equipment and follow strict protocols to maximize effectiveness while minimizing recovery time.
Epidural Steroid Injection
This targeted treatment delivers anti-inflammatory medication directly to spinal nerve roots causing pain. Our specialists use fluoroscopic guidance to ensure precise needle placement for maximum effectiveness. Patients receive comprehensive pre-procedure education and post-injection care instructions to optimize treatment outcomes for conditions like herniated discs and spinal stenosis.
Nerve Blocks
We offer various nerve block techniques to interrupt pain signal transmission. From celiac plexus blocks for abdominal pain to stellate ganglion blocks for upper extremity discomfort, our providers use advanced diagnostic tools to identify optimal injection sites. These procedures help patients achieve significant pain reduction while maintaining normal nerve function.

I got mixed stories from them regarding treatment. An MRI was needed of the Lumbar& cervical areas and then the Lumbar ESI injection was scheduled. Pretty painful and then in a later phone call regarding little to no reduced pain. It was said that the full results of the MRI wasn't known at the time of the injection. So. ? Why did I get an MRI ? I also had a Cervical ES Injection which was pretty much painless but it also resulted in next to zero relief. As far as I know the numbing medicine helped for maybe 48 hours and then it was like nothing else was done. While in the procedure room the Dr

I received an injection and complained of a headache on July 4th weekend and was told to deal with the pain there's no way it could be related....2 e.r. visits later I got my SPINAL HEADACHE treated properly. And still never received a call of concern from them. And they released my HIPPA info to people they shouldn't have

Very disappointed with this facility. Office staff unresponsive & unhelpful. Also not impressed with treatment that I received as it made pain worse & they just want to keep injecting steroids even though they made me feel worse. Facility did not seem clean as it smelled & I had stench from table that I layer on until I showered, so wouldn't recommend showering before appointment.

The most unprofessional and rude doctors office I have ever experienced. For a office that deals with people in chronic pain, I find it incredibly sad that noone here actually answers the phone. To try to get any information or schedule an appointment you have to wait for a call back, generally 2 to 3 days. The most frustrating thing is the constant canceling of appointments. In the last month I have had my appointment canceled 2 times due to either the doctor deciding to take a day off (which I do understand happens). However today I got a call canceling my appointment literally 30 minutes before

Kimberley Clothier is the PA I am assigned to and I just love her. She cares so much for her patients and treats them with such respect. Finding this group has been nothing but a God send for me. For a short while there was one nurse there I didn't care for due to her attitude. She treated people like objects in her way. Thank goodness I haven't seen her for a long time because everyone else I've came across is kind and very gracious with a smile. I have and will again recommend this group to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

My only regret is not coming here sooner!! They are awesome to deal with and give you real treatment for real pain! My son raved about how good they were and I can see why now! My Nurse Practitioner was kind, caring, and very very knowledgeable on how to help the chronic back pain I have. She added an antidepressant that works on nerve pain, and set me up for a shot to my sacrum. I got the shot today and Dr Parks is GREAT! Way better than previous epidural experiences. No anesthesia- just a local- fast and easy. Used x-Ray to direct needle and hit the right spot. Pain increases for a while but
