After my first visit, I noticed the pain decreased quite a bit and started getting treatments three-times a week.
After two-weeks I was able to go back and keep training jiu jitsu. I was even able to go compete in a jiu jitsu tournament. It's definitely made a huge difference! I have been experiencing pain in my right heel for a long time and tried everything I could think of to improve my pain. My pain got so bad that I could barely walk and had to stop exercising and running.
