We Teach Children, Teens and Adults of All Ages and Levels in Separate Classes From 4-84 Years. We keep Class Size Small with Flexible Times to Meet the Needs of Our Students and Parents. New Horizon Karate & More opened in West Boylston, MA in the summer of 1986. We offer Karate & JuJitsu Programs in a group or private setting.
All ages are welcome from 4 to 84 years. Our main programs include Kempo Karate, American Kempo JuJitsu, and a specialized Autism & Hyperactivity Program plus much more. We provide a safe, friendly, and fun environment for all ages, where our students can learn the martial arts and self-defense. Instruction is in an open clinic style which allows us to give special attention to the individual.

This program focuses on proper techniques for blocking, punching, kicking, and throwing while having fun. Our different age groupings allows us to teach age-appropriate material. Safety is always the most important aspect. Instruction focuses on the self-defense aspects of the martial arts in general.

Autism & Add Program

New Horizon Karate & More offers a specially designed program for children with Autism, ADD & ADHD called The Martial Arts Movement Program. This class combine self-defense, fitness, and coordination with social development into each class. The martial arts use the entire body to do the moves. All material is age and class specific, and taught in a non-aggressive manner.
