Bustout Colorado is a mobile escape room corporate team building experience where you enter and try to escape an authentic 1960's jail cell. Explore teamwork exercises and learn communication, leadership, and collaboration skills that bring success to your business team. 1. Meet with the Leadership Team - Two weeks prior to the event we meet with your leadership team to make sure we tailor our multifaceted experiential learning platform to your goals. 2. DiSC Assessment - One week prior to the event we facilitate each member taking a DISC profile. This is essential to getting the most from the training event and alignment with your goals.
How it Works

Our team building experience is a unique and insightful experience like no other. Employees are grouped into teams of 4-7 people and are challenged for 45 minutes to bust out of our escape room experience. Regardless of the outcome after 45 minutes, the team is released and taken to a conference room to discuss what happened.
