Born and raised in Vermont, Linda began her career selling ski resort properties at the age of 24. Linda became a Broker two years later. We have worked with Linda and Jason for the better part of 10 years. We do not live in Utah and needed realtors that we felt comfortable with and could trust. Initially, Jason was instrumental in helping us analyze the market and various opportunities.

When searching and researching properties in the Park City area keep in mind that the Park City Board of Realtors has broken up Park City into 20 different neighborhoods. 1-9 are located within Park City limits, 10-22 are located in Snyderville Basin, 23-25 represent the Jordanelle area. The Aerie is located on the hill off of Deer Valley Drive. The Aerie is renowned for the expansive views of Park City and it's convenient location to Old Town and Main Street. This neighborhood offers single family homes, and townhomes in the April Mountain community. The homesites available for sale have incredible views overlooking Park City.

The Canyons Park City area consists of properties with close proximity to Canyons Resort. You have many options when considering purchasing real estate at The Canyons. You can purchase single family homes, condos/townhomes and lots. Some of the condominiums offer fractional ownership as well as whole ownership.

Deer Crest is a 600 acre gated community located on one of Deer Valley's highest ridges with spectacular views overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir.
