Clients develop functional strength and flexibility through sequences that emphasize precision and controlled movements.
Barre Classes
Led by owner Sarah Burton, our barre classes combine ballet-inspired movements with Pilates principles to build lean muscle and improve endurance. These energetic sessions use bodyweight resistance and rhythmic sequences to target specific muscle groups while maintaining joint safety. Participants benefit from improved coordination and a stronger mind-body connection through our community-focused, music-enhanced classes.
TRX Classes
TRX suspension training utilizes bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, and flexibility simultaneously. Our certified instructors guide mixed-level classes through multi-planar movements that challenge core stability and functional fitness. This Navy Seal-developed system adapts to individual capabilities while promoting joint health and athletic performance improvements through controlled resistance.

Personalized private sessions with certified instructors provide tailored movement programs addressing individual goals and physical limitations.
