Apartments are very clean, modern, and updated. Valet trash is a huge amenity that is offered and it is extremely helpful. Only thing that is iffy is parking and distance away from the garage but overall I can tell management is working for better changes!

I originally signed at Park East for their amenities. They had so many for me and my friends. When I moved in, there was a minor issue and the office was quick to help me resolve it. Their apartments are really spacious for my dog and the dog park is a nice addition for nice days. Overall, I recommend living at Park East. From what I've experienced, they're the best bang for your buck in Lubbock.

Park East is a very friendly environment. The staff is super helpful. They also have Valet Trash which is one of the many things I love about living here. When packages arrive you are able to get them throughout all hours of the day with a code. Also they have tanning which is a big bonus. The community is also super open and they like to interact with the residents and introduce them to one another through events such as smores, karaoke, trivia and games. I truly love living here.

Wow! Thank you for the exceptional service and genuine caring. With the unknowns, stress and pressure of your kid going off to college for the first time it was an unexpected pleasure and relief to run across Jaimini at Park East. She was professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to help resolve our situation quickly. Short handed, with the semester just starting you can imagine the chaos.
