I wasn't going to write a public review, I wrote the stylist explaining my concerns directly. No response. My experience was awful. I clearly expressed what I wanted done to my hair. Before and during the cut. I even told the stylist to stop cutting. My hair looks terrible. Cut way to short, unbalanced, what I asked to be done was not. One word to describe would be "Butchered".

I wasnt sure how anyone could fix my brows since they needed some major adjustments, but she worked her magic and was so kind and the results are always consistent. She is seasoned professional. I got my hair colored and cut by Lisa. I am very pleased with the haircut and will be returning to her again. She has a lovely salon and she is super nice. I am glad that she was recommended highly by neighbors in our area.
