Your home is your most expensive asset and the most neglected. The family car is on a regular maintenance program. Every few months oil is changed, belts are tightened, brake pads are checked etc. Many of the items are checked to prevent future problems. A timing belt is checked for wear and is changed if found defective.

Wood destroying insect reports

A WDIR or wood destroying insect report inspects for termites, powder post beetles, carpenter ants and any other insects that may damage the wood structure of your home. Sometimes these reports are called pest inspections and that has led to some confusion. A WDIR only checks for wood destroying insects.

Radon is a colorless, odorless, radioactive gas. It forms naturally from the decay of radioactive elements, such as uranium, which are found in different amounts in the ground throughout our state and the world. Radon moves through the ground into the air and water. Radon is everywhere. It is at a normally low level in the outdoor air and the water in streams and rivers.
