As a Licensed Home Inspector in Asheville, NC I utilize infrared cameras, moisture meters, drones and more to give as accurate picture as possible of the current condition of your home. Taking great pride in my work, I strive for perfection in every inspection I perform. I take my time, and never schedule more than one inspection per day as I feel that the proper attention detail cannot be attained with the time constraints of multiple inspections per day.

Pre Purchase Inspection
Report
From roof to foundation, I analyze all of the systems of the home. I utilize all of the latest tools of the trade, including infrared cameras, moisture meters and drones. True Value Home Inspection LLC will show you any safety concerns, any major defects, minor faults, along with helpful tips about maintaining your home to help keep it trouble free and happy.
Radon Test
Report
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can pose a serious threat to persons who are exposed to elevated levels for extended periods of time. Get it tested before you buy, and then you are in a good position to negotiate for radon remediation installation at the sellers cost. My testing is conducted with alpha spectrometry in a passive radon diffusion chamber device.
