The staff is helpful and friendly. I am so glad that I purchased all our time needs here and not a big box store. You just can't beat the knowledge and service from WNC Ceramic Tile.

HUGE selection helpful staff, especially Vicky. One drawback, if they don't have what is on display at the store in stock, you have to pay the shipping fee, for them to order it.

Always the best service, most knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection. Will spend as much time helping you with a $10 purchase as they would with a $10,000.

Great assortment. The staff are seasoned and experienced . The prices are very fair. The showroom goes on and on. Make sure you order enough. The only small complaint is the suppliers seem to change tiles and stlyes quickly so if your project drags on you might not get a reorder on your mismeasurement.
