This was the first time I had ever been here, this was a very nice place, when I walked in I thought I cant afford this, but then laurie came and talked to me and showed me their remnant room, she said that would be all I need. She was so kind, helpful, I really appreciate how she helped me. I absolutely love my carpet

They done my livingroom floor my front door needed cut off he said he did not have a tool to cut it off I gave him my skill saw to do the cutting. I called the office they did not do front doors. it was miss communication. but they took my money should I have been told before hand I had two more rooms to do but they will not do them.

I cant say enough good things! We had a small project (just one set of stairs that needed carpeting) yet was shown excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They were helpful and efficient and within one week, the project was done. Will definitely recommend!
