Avanti Health Care Services (Avanti) is a major provider of comprehensive ancillary health care services in the greater New York City area. Founded in 1993 as a single retail pharmacy in Manhattan, Avanti now provides a range of services, including medication therapy management, medication adherence programs and hospice pharmacy services.

In 2019, Enclara Pharmacia acquired Avanti Health Care Service, further enhancing service offerings and improving access to patients in the greater New York City area. It is the mission of Avanti Health Care Services to provide the New York Metropolitan area with a full service licensed Health Care Agency that offers Hi-Tech Nursing, Long Term Care, Hospice and Pharmacy Compliancy Programs.

Avanti Health Care Services is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with debilitating pain who require palliative / hospice care, through appropriate medication management and care planning. Consultation with on-site Pharmacists who can provide therapeutic recommendations based on medication usage guidelines.

Med Management

The objectives of this program are to promote patient compliance, accomplish treatment goals and maximize therapeutic effects of a consistent medication regimen. Individuals that would derive the greatest benefit from this program are those with chronic disease states, taking multiple medications for prolonged periods, and/or, those having difficulty with medication compliance.
