Are your services covered by insurance?
We accept most commercial plans, Medicare, Texas workers' comp, and attorney-managed medical liens. No upfront costs are required for eligible injury cases with treatment starting immediately regardless of insurance status.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes, we reserve late-afternoon weekday slots and offer weekend availability at DFW clinics for post-accident evaluations. Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with clinics open 7am-4pm.

I had a great experience at the Spine Center The staff was friendly and professional when I made my office visits. Then due to COVID, I had 2 tele-med visits by phone which was awesome cause it made it easy for me and was a Time Saver! Dr Kassi McElroy was great she was informative and appeared to genuinely care about my problems and helping me get back to feeling better. I will be recommending this center !
