I came in for my at home sleep study kit and waited 2 hours in the room. I was trying to be patient because I understand that there's short staffing and stuff due to covid. Finally my phone was dead and I was late to work, so I went out to ask if I could at least go get my charger so I could call work. It was then that I realized that the 2 women that had helped me in the room were just sitting and talking and it seemed like they had just forgot I was in the room. The appointment took about 2 minutes after that. Patients shouldn't be abandoned in your rooms for hours. It's been a week now since

I really like my doctor here, but the admin staff is among the rudest I have ever encountered. Short, impolite, terrible communication skills and don't seem to care at all.

Dr. Badia Harlin and the staff here are fantastic. I have been a patient here for almost a year now, and have had such a positive experience. Update: Ive reached out by email to this account with no response (no surprise there). I had another drs office reach out to get the records. Their office hung up on them twice after placing on hold. I regularly have problems getting in touch with the Plano office. Ive had problems refilling a medication for 6+ months. When you attempt to contact the Plano office, you must go through a phone center. Even they cant get in touch with Plano office. On multiple occasions Ive been told that the Plano office is also unresponsive to their messages. Whats funny is I showed one day and they
