Contrary to some of the comments here, my experience has been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and professional service from the front desk, to nurses, and the doctor himself. My previous doctors office closed so was shopping for a new primary care physician and I am happy with Dr. Jamie Thomas and the support staff at this Osage Beach facility.

Not the place to go for covid testing. Appointment made for 8am, phones not working and waiting more than an hour in a car with no hope of receiving the test that I scheduled. Patience is one thing but there has got to be a better, more organized way to get this done. Testing in Camdenton earlier in the year -- fast, effective and professional.....

I had an appointment with Dr. Cline to see my child. The appointment was at 8 and was not seen until 10:30. She had not reviewed his records so did not know what was going with him. I felt that she was nice enough but very unprofessional.

Worse place I've ever experienced. The front ladies are jerks and the place is a joke. Go to CAMDENTON or RICHLAND they are the best! Even if it's kind of a drive it's worth not going here. Rude lazy people are not worth your time!!!
