I found this listing from a Google search looking for a pediatrician who takes Medi Cal. But when I called them they told me that THEY DO NOT TAKE MEDI CAL!

MY SON HAS BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE SINCE HE'S BEEN BORN IN SEPTEMBER, STAFF IS ALWAYS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEMS GETTING A SAME DAY APPT. DR. LENSER AND LISA ARE SOO ATTENTIVE REGARDING MY SON. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY SILLY FIRST TIME MOM QUESTIONS. I HAVE NEVER FELT RUSH.

Front office staff is rude and lazy. I dont call often for appointments as my child is rarely sick but when I do, they like to schedule at least 3 days out. FOR A SICK VISIT! When I try to explain the symptoms Over the phone, they rudely talk over you and ask you other questions as if they arent concerned about what you are actually calling about. I know theres certain protocols offices have to follow and ask questions but to talk over a concerned frustrated parent is just disgusting for someone working in the medical field.

My kids have been patients here for over a year. This office has very limited hours and is not open any holidays. I have generally found the front desk staff to be impatient and rude at times. The appointments are always ALWAYS behind. I typically wait 30 minutes past my appointment time just to be brought in the back so that we can wait another 30 minutes more. We are patients of Dr Truscello. She doesnt have the best bedside manner with my kids. One of my kids has ADHD and the experience dealing with that at this office has been less than stellar. I plan on switching doctors as soon as possible

It had been 30 min. After my appointment time and I went to lwt them know asked por an approximate time of when they would see my son and they said they had no idea, that they were too busy. I walked out, and so did another 2 moms.
