I couldn't be more excited to be living out my dream of opening a Pilates Studio for you. I'm offering you guys super small classes of six that cultivate core strength, body awareness, improve alignment, balance, flexibility, and muscle tone. We use the reformer, tower and wunda chair, among other pieces of equipment for low impact, full-body workouts to help change how our bodies age.

Come join us in our clean, uplifting community and feel yourself heal from the inside out! P6 Pilates is the newest studio in the Fresno area offering you quality classes from the most uplifting environment. We are rooted in tradition, as our name comes from the 6 principles of Pilates laid out by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, but with a modern twist.

Tina was born and raised in Palos Verdes, California. She discovered the amazing benefits of the Pilates method as she attended many mat classes as a student. She became more and more passionate about the Pilates method and decided she wanted to spread the excitement of Pilates.

Tina began her 3rd generation teacher training program with 2nd generation master Pilates teacher, Caroline Londergan, at White House Pilates in Manhattan Beach, California and had completed her teacher training in 2018.She has boundless energy and a passion for continuing to learn and grow her practice so she can help inspire and motivate others in a shared love of Pilates, health and wellness.

P6 Pilates is founded and created by Tina Wu. P6 Pilates offers small six-person classes for an uber customized workout using Basi reformers with towers and Wunda chairs. The movements cultivate body awareness, improves alignment & posture, corrects muscle imbalances, challenges core strength, balance, flexibility & muscle tone.

Joseph Pilates originally called his work 'Contrology.' He considered this to be a body/mind/spirit approach to movement founded on the integrative effect of principles such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Centering: This concept is defined as physically bringing the focus to the center of the body, the powerhouse area between the lower ribs and pubic bone.
P6 Policies

Training sessions and classes may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 24 hours prior to the session start time. This may be done online via the client's account only. Once the session is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to Client.

If the cancellation is made within the 24-hr window prior to your session, or if you do not show up to the scheduled session, your session credit will be forfeited, or you will be charged the full amount of the session.Cancellations via Facebook messenger, Instagram or other social media are not valid and the client will be charged the full session amount.
