Really disappointed with their responses. I called and got a return call (the next day) when I was not ready and they appeared to not have any patience for me to gather my thought. However I continued to call around to other providers looking they for a new doctor. On another occasion I called, They acted like they accidentally answered the phone and then when I talked they said oh sorry and hung up.
I called back twice and no one answered. I left a message and no return call in the time frame the said in the recording. Seems like there is no real customer service in health care either. Sad. Obviously

West McKinney Health & Wellness is a great choice if you are looking for a primary care practice. Dr. Berg and NP Christelle are excellent. Each time Ive seen them they are always attentive and genuinely care about helping me get better. The support Staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Anytime I've needed a same day appointment they have been able to accommodate me. Glad I found this office.

I love this clinic. NP Sandra Rogers is who I work with. She is excellent. She listens very good and is decisive. She met all my needs. I really value her care. The nurse assistant Valerie and Eve and Amy are great. All the staff is friendly. Clean nice environment. Weight loss aid too.

Ive been seeing Sandy Rogers for the last 3 months and shes fantastic! For the first time in years, Ive been able to start and keep losing weight after years of struggle to just stop gaining. She works with me to make a plan that works to get my health back on track and really understands the challenges facing women and moms when it comes to taking care of ourselves. I could not be more grateful that I found this office.
