This light and bright space is equipped with three PMA Pilates Certified instructors, a mat studio, springboard studio and an equipment studio. We have mats, Magic Circles, stability balls and towels available to our clients. At The Pilates Studio of Little Rock we offer group mat classes and private, semi-private and small group instruction on the equipment.
All of our instructors have comprehensive certifications requiring 700 plus hours of study, teaching, and observation.

Int/Adv Mat (Intermediate/ Advanced Mat) - A faster paced class that challenges the Intermediate to Advanced student. Fletcher Barre / Towel - A Ron Fletcher Pilates based barre class that focuses on controlled movements. 50+ Mat - This class is designed for the older adult population focusing on fundamental and beginning mat exercises.
