If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everyone, from the moment you walk in the door is so friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and nice. My daughter wanted a septum piercing and I decided to get a nostril piercing. Nurse Cathy was easy to talk to, she checked and rechecked positioning and explained everything. My nose ring was kept falling down and showing in my nostril so I went back in and explained the situation. She explained that I should wait the full healing time but she didn't have a problem changing it when I asked if it could be done anyway. I will forever recommend and

Brandon has done two tattoos for me now and both have come out amazing. Excellent place to come for your next tattoo! Plus the comic shop in the front has some goodies as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Got a gift card for Christmas so I came in for a nose piercing and got right in. I've had piercings in the past but still went thru everything like professionals , nurse Cathy was great, let me know why I should wait for the hoop and got the stud. I'll be back for more, my mom had got a tattoo here a week or two before...plus I love the magneto/hydra logo on the store

I waited 3 hours to get this one nose piercing which I wasn't to happy with but the staff is super friendly and helpful and the dude who pierced my nose was very nice and it was overall very painless. I had a good experience and my piercing looked great.

This is by far my favorite studio for piercings or tattoos!
all of the staff is extremely nice and willing to help with any tattoo or piercing issues, regardless of if it's their own work or not.
Ryan has pierced my septum and nostril beautifully without any healing problems, and has also done my boyfriend's daith in the same manner.
Jess was wonderful when doing my tattoo (fresh picture included), always making sure i was okay and comfortable.
they all provide accurate aftercare instruction sheets as well as their contact information in case any problems arise. very professional and clean
