Grading
Report
Landscape grading is a crucial part to every new construction and rennovation project. Gavers Pavers is fully eqipped to handle your landscape grading needs. Our primary goal is to make sure that your driveway or parking lot is properly graded and paved. We also will grade the yards, the approaches, water run off systems, or any other area that needs professional grading.
Care For Your New Asphalt Driveway
Report
We ask that you keep car traffic off your driveway for at least 3 days. If temperatures are real hot we ask that you try not to park on your drive for up to 5 days. You may walk on your drive right away. Your driveway will need 6-12 months to harden and cure. It will remain soft and pliable until then.
Compare Concrete to Asphalt
Report
We have provided two reasons why we think asphalt paving with Gavers Pavers should by your choice for a new driveway. In southeast Wisconsin we have found that asphalt driveways are less expensive to install than concrete. Asphalt driveways will melt snow and ice much faster in the winter than a concrete driveway.
Maintain Your Gravel Drive
Report
Potholes form when puddles are allowed to stay on the driveway. As your tires splash through the pothole the water carries gravel, sand, and other bits of road way out onto your car, and into the grass. Every splash takes a little bit more. As the hole gets bigger, the bigger the splash, the more gravel gets carried away.
