John Butler crossed paths with Gary Rabine through common construction projects and decided to collaborate on a new business. Thus, Pavement Solutions was started as a regional seal coating and line-striping service providing maintenance for parking lots in the McHenry County area. The number of employees and the service area tripled, and space became limited.
