I had some scheduling issues and the receptionist, I think her name was Essence, was SO kind and figured it all out for me so I didnt have to wait any longer to get in. I always see Jazmine and shes amazing and always does exactly what I want and is super sweet. Definitely recommend her and thus salon!

Thank you, Amanda!! After recently relocating completely across the country, I had a horrendous experience at a difference salon in Greensboro, costing $400 and leaving my hair orange. I was incredibly reluctant to try another salon in order to even get my hair back to a place where I felt comfortable. Upon calling Jade, they were incredibly professional and the owner who helped me was so kind. She decided that she would pair me with one of the master stylists, Amanda, after I told her about my experience and how nervous I was. I went in for my appointment, and this will definitely be my new permanent

This was my first time in a hair salon EVER. I sat in my car outside extremely nervous about going in. My hair was to my waist and it was well past time for a cut. I was worried about their COVID policies, the outcome of my cut, and the interactions with the stylist doing my hair. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile (through a mask thankfully lol) and introduced to Kari. She was so cool and put my mind at ease instantly, and did an AMAZING job!! I came in for a color correction with Gee and I expressed to her how much I hated my hair and needed a Miracle to happen to get to the color I wanted. She did inform me she will try her best but I probably wouldnt see a full result of what I was asking for in one session which I understood. Omg when I tell you this woman did wonders I mean she did it she got me to a bright silver enough to put a big smile on my face. We have one more session which will be the actual hair color Im going for and I cant wait. She made me feel comfortable and she made me feel like I could put my trust in her
